I started working at CIP in 2013. I was a former teacher for the US government, and have taught in Japan as well as here, in the Philippines. CIP offers a friendly and open environment which is good for learning. Faculty and staff work together to provide students with an ideal learning experience.
As a natural English speaker, I am responsible for delivering English lessons which are designed to improve the listening, pronunciation, reading, writing and speaking skills of CIP students. Here at CIP, the needs of the students are our top priority. I have worked at several types of English “as a second language” schools. Many schools have inflexible programs that are limited in scope and procedure.
CIP differs greatly because our teachers have a structure that is flexible, and adaptive to the needs of students. In this way, students are able to personalize their lessons. CIP also offers more “one-to-one” contact with, and instruction from, natural English speaking instructors. A highly trained staff of Filipino and natural English speakers means that CIP has an effective team of educators, prepared to deliver learning experiences that inspire students to learn.
