CIP celebrates its 8th year this May as the Number 1 Native School in the Philippines, so it is our pleasure to share CIP’s 8-year highlights.
CIP ON ITS 8TH YEAR is of utmost importance. It details CIP’s efforts in restructuring and systematizing its Academe, Student Affairs Management and Services for its students, teachers and staff, through steady research, development, action and monitoring. For instance, it implemented CTES (CIP Teachers Training and Evaluation System), which involves TPE (Teacher Performance Evaluation), CQE (Class Quality Evaluation),Hourly Class Checking, Native Group Class Reorganization and Development of New Class Materialsfor teacher and class improvement. Also, the centralization of its office made CIP a more Person-Focused and Fast-Acting institute.
SPAIN, POLAND AND COLUMBIA IN CIP shows CIP’s continuous efforts in providing a Practical/ Real Life English Spoken Atmosphere by welcoming students from outside Asia. This change allows CIP to have amore interactive and international environment, further promoting CIP’s commitment to ‘English Only’ Policy. This is for the fact that these students are lesser in number and have lesser chances in speaking their native tongue, therefore encouraging other students to not speak with their mother language as well.
HIGH QUALITY TEACHERS AND CLASSES portrays how CIP and its faculty and staff have a more transparent relationship and channel of communication. Because of this teachers now have moreopportunities to enhance their professional and personal skills, correct their mistakes and have a voice in the company.
OTHER READS INCLUDE: Holidays, Events, Exam schedules and a description of ‘Targeting Pronunciation’.
Rest assured that CIP’s developments will endure because CIP strongly believes in Long-Term Relationships with each of its students, teachers and staff.
